- Payment: A 50% deposit payment is required prior to starting the commission. I accept various payment methods as specified on the site.

 

 4. Commission Guidelines

-Work: Details of the commissioned work will be agreed upon before starting. 

-Timeline: Estimated completion dates will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur. Updates will be sent out for any changes that occurs. 

 

 5. Refunds and Cancellations

- Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds will be considered for non-custom items.

- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
